In 1954, Joinville had just over 40,000 inhabitants and only a few dozen industries, working predominantly in the textile and metallurgical sectors.
That same year, precisely on January 5th, Harry Weege, with his enterprising spirit and business vision, founded INCASA with the goal of producing pharmaceutical products that would be marketed through Drogaria Catarinense’s network of pharmacies in which he was also a founding partner. In addition to INCASA and Drogaria Catarinense, Harry Weege was a founding partner of Kavo do Brasil, Laboratório Catarinense, Quimidrol and Stoll Motores, among others.
During this period, INCASA consolidated its presence in the global market, diversifying its production by developing new products for the chemical sector, becoming synonymous with excellence, with quality assured by highly qualified and motivated people, in a harmonious working environment with mutual respect.
The company maintains a bold management style, following the path drawn by its pioneering founders, driving business by developing new products and prospecting for new markets.
